Vic: More storms forecast after tornadoes hit north east Vic
MELBOURNE, Feb 5 AAP - More heavy storms were forecast for north-eastern Victoria today
following a series of mini tornadoes which damaged the region yesterday.
Forecasters said heavy storms could hit this afternoon as hot, humid conditions persisted.
The warning came after a sudden storm crossed the region late yesterday, damaging houses,
uprooting trees, setting off flash floods, cutting power and causing the Midland Highway
to close for an hour.
