NOTHING TO BOAST ABOUT.(MAIN)

More than the average American, Rep. John Sweeney, R-Clifton Park, has reason to cherish the electoral process. He has been the choice of voters in his district on two occasions, most recently in his re-election campaign earlier this month, where he gained an impressive margin of victory.

Yet one of Mr. Sweeney's first actions since that election has been to deny voters their say elsewhere in the country. The votes in question were cast in Miami-Dade County and could determine who will be the next president of the United States. But not if they remain uncounted.
