WA:Man sought over shooting in Perth's north

PERTH, Dec 5 AAP - Police are still appealing for information about a man wanted for
a shooting death in Perth's northern suburbs over the weekend, but have warned the public
not to approach him.

Hayden Shane Joseph, 23, is wanted for questioning over the death of Jeremia Iskander,
21, who was shot in the driveway of his Wanneroo home on Friday evening.

It's been reported the shooting may have been over a debt.

WA Police Commissioner Karl O'Callaghan told reporters on Monday Mr Joseph could be
armed and members of the public were warned not to approach him.

"All we want is information, we don't want the public to intercept the man, we just
want information on where he might be.

"You have to treat this person with caution."

Police believe Mr Joseph may be trying to flee WA and are conducting border patrols,
while staff at the domestic and international airports have been put on alert.
