CORPORATE IT UPDATE-(C)1995-2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS
18 July 2011 - French wireless Internet company NomoTech has recently completed its merger with domestic sector player Numeo.
Following the move, the new company will use the brand Ozone and claims to cover 50% of the Internet services market in rural and mountain areas in France.
Ozone will have a total 37,000 customers in 55 French departments.
The revenues of NomoTech and Numeo in 2010 stood at to EUR13m and EUR7m, respectively.
